This program will help you keep your audiences delighted and enthralled at your workshops and speeches. Lou Heckler, CSP, CPAE, will show us ways to find and use fresh material…to include the audience in subtle ways you may not have considered, and to leave people with the feeling they haven't just attended a conference…but that they've had a wonderful experience. Lou has been speaking professionally for 30 years and has presented at nearly every national NSA meeting since 1987. His sessions are fast-paced, experience based, and filled with practical ideas and just plain fun.
